Sun West Custom Homes

Carl Martinez, the President of Construction, has been with El Rancho West, Inc. dba Sun West Custom Homes since 1984. He manages the construction and design teams in developing and implementing a variety of innovative, energy-efficient building programs and systems.

During the course of his career Mr. Martinez has gained vast experience in custom home construction and design as well as commercial construction. Mr. Martinez began his career in the field, working in all aspects of constructing custom homes.

Mr. Martinez's contribution in the evolution of the residential construction department is extensive. His responsibilities include all aspects of construction management, including continually reviewing and revising site-plans and meeting with both clients and sub-contractors to ensure the success of the project through direct, open communication. The professional teams led by Mr. Martinez, consisting of the Residential Project Manager, Interior Designers and Superintendents, have played an integral part in creating the prestigious homes that bear Sun West's name. Because of Mr. Martinez's experience and his continual comprehensive participation, he has developed a discerning eye for all phases of constructing a custom home.

Mr. Martinez managed the complete construction and interior design of Sun West Custom Homes' award winning homes such as the Street of Dreams 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004 and Parade of Homes 2005 held in Las Vegas. Mr. Martinez is directly involved with sales and marketing including initial client consultations and design.
