Steve Schultz, Residential Project Manager for Sun West Custom Homes joined the company in 2004.

Steve proudly served his country as an Electronic Warfare Technician in the US Navy, receiving an honorable discharge upon completion of his military obligation.

A passion for aviation, Steve attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he was named to the Dean's list and earned a degree in Aeronautical Science.

After years of developing a career as a pilot and flight instructor, Steve felt the desire to bring his feet back to the ground where be became involved in the construction industry.

His education, military experience and safety training make him an invaluable asset to Sun West Custom Homes. As Residential Project Manager, Steve's responsibilities include contracting, scheduling, and problem resolution.
