Special Needs Residence
In 1996, designed and constructed a 4,400 square foot, two-story home to accommodate the physical needs and limitations of a quadriplegic client.

• Designed for easy wheel chair access throughout house with wide pathways, wide doors, low placement of house wares and equipment for easy reach
• Security
• Voice activated: elevator, appliances, communications, drapes, doors, lighting system, computer system, spa
• Access ramps meeting American of Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines: emergency exit ramp by master bedroom on the second floor as well as ramps and lifts for access into the swimming pool
• Emergency fire escape system
• Roll in showers

Security Systems

• Biometric readers - fingerprint scanner
