Street of Dreams and Parade of Homes are two similar however different events that allow attendees the opportunity to tour fully-furnished and accessorized custom show homes and discover the latest trends in architecture, design, construction, amenities, colors, home décor, furnishings, technologies, landscape and so much more. Sun West Custom Homes has been fortunate to be a participant in all four of the Street of Dreams held in the Las Vegas Valley, has had three unique homes in the Las Vegas Parade of Homes and looks forward to showcasing many more innovative architecture and wonderful designs in future shows.

Street of Dreams events provide visitors the unique opportunity to tour luxury custom show homes on a single street in exclusive developments. The convenient format, where all the homes are within easy walking distance on one street in a premier community, creates an educational and entertaining experience for attendees.

Parade of Homes presents an extraordinary city-wide scattered-site format, giving attendees the opportunity to map out their own personal tour through some of the most exclusive communities in the Las Vegas valley and enjoy everything there is to see at their own pace.
