Every home is assigned a Sun West Custom Homes building team consisting of a Project Manager, Interior Designer, Project Coordinator, and an on-site Superintendent. The building team, with focus on contract compliance and quality control, coordinates all building activities. Each member is equipped with the latest technology including wireless laptops and scheduling programs to allow each member to efficiently focus and spend time on the building site.

Sun West Custom Homes signs contracts with only the best sub-contractors, contractors who specialize in their trades, contractors known for high quality craftsmanship, many who have maintained relationships with Sun West Custom Homes for over a decade, allowing for better communication and progress. Sun West Custom Homes only contracts licensed and insured sub-contractors and has stringent policies in place to insure the requirements remain current at all times.

During the structural phases of construction, Sun West Custom Homes requires the structural engineer, foundation, framing, and truss trades attend regular site meetings to insure projects are built to Sun West Custom Homes' high specifications.
